Main accessories description

Our automatic sugar stick packing machine is premade according to customers’ requestment.

1. One automatic packing machine can make different bag size.for the bag length,you can change it by yourself,but if you change the bag width,you also need to change the bag former.The bag width is one width (30mm to 100mm) one bag maker ,the bag length is adjustable from 30mm to 160mm.

2. One automatic packing machine can pack different weight. One mould can make the weight fromX g to 2Xg. When you want to pack 5g and 8g (measuring range: 5g-10g) , one measuring cup is ok. When you want to pack 6g and 15g (measuring range: 6g-12g) ,you can change the measuring cup.

3. Volume cup: double of the volume, If the customer’s volume is 30grams, cup range is 15-30g,less than 15g or more than 30g, they must change new set of volume cup instead of one

4. Printer :with 3 lines date printer,you can print expiring date, one roll of color film can be used for three days if work 24 hours one day, ,but depond on the daily production,if it finish ,just insteaf of the new one
