Features
1. Adopt high configuration: Siemens PLC controller and color touch screen operation; Taiwan AIRTAC cylinder; France Schneider switching power supply, etc.
2. Servo heat-sealing bag, vertical sealing without stickers, exquisite bag type;
3. Material: The contact part of the box and material is made of SUS304, which is in line with GMP production.
4. The heat-generating parts and moving parts are hidden in the protective cover, which is safe and reliable.
5. The equipment is equipped with casters for easy handling and movement.
Mechanical characteristics and product characteristics
1. Rounded-shaped sachet; the size of the nozzle can be designed to facilitate the extrusion of the liquid to prevent the liquid from spilling out;
2. Double metering head design, which can meet the automatic metering and packaging of viscous sauces and water-based products;
3. The punching die is made of HKS-9 material. After six processing techniques, it has high durability and long service life.
4. Add a disinfection lamp at the film pulling to perform preliminary disinfection of the film;
5. Auxiliary equipment: feeding machine + coding machine + finished product conveyor + constant temperature mixing barrel
